Insulation layer of vulcanization tank: using aluminum silicate insulation rock wool, and using front and rear heads for insulation, the insulation effect is good.
Tank mouth sealing ring: Adopting a sealed rubber sealing ring, it has the effect of isolating the internal and external air, and has a long service life.
Tank mouth: There are two types of staggered tooth type can mouth structures: fixed toothed ring and rotating toothed ring. The fixed toothed ring can mouth is locked by the rotation of the can cover. The rotating toothed ring can mouth, the can cover cannot rotate, and it is locked by the rotation of the toothed ring. The toothed ring is composed of two semi-circular rings, which are connected together by bolts.
Air circulation device: The air circulation device inside the vulcanization tank can improve the heat exchange effect and also make the temperature of each part of the tank uniform, thereby improving product quality. The air circulation device is composed of a fan and an air duct.
