After continuous development, the company has developed into a comprehensive prosperous company in rubber machine field, main products Rubber Press Machine, Rubber Belt Vulcanizing Joint Machine, Rubber Extruder, Rubber Cutter, Rubber Mixer, Rubber Sheet Cooling Line etc. . The company has first class design team which ensures the company’s machine is in most advanced position in China, some machines keep advance in the whole world. The company has high precision processing equipment(totally more than 100 sets)--wire-electrode cutting, laser cutting, blasting machine, CNC lathe, Drilling machine with jointed arm,grinding machine, hobbing machine, sheet metal machine, puncher, bending machine, welding machine, and big size machining center etc, and we also have test equipment.

For every set of our machine's production, the first step is SW 3D design, FEA(finite element stress analysis), simulation installation, animation action, then it’s cutting raw materials, make those cast steel or cast iron part, processing(including machining), installation, test, appearance treatment then the final is delivery.

Totally we have five workshops, with total more than two hundred well trained mechanicians, workers.

We have special QC team in our factory, meantime In every production process of our rubber machine and rubber molds, every worker is QC to his own work and last step work. We have most stable and professional production staff. They all are qualified in their post.

We have most professional export team, they not just know foreign languages very well, they not just know foreign trade procedure very well, but they also know rubber press machine, rubber extruder machine, rubber mixer, rubber cutting machine, and other rubber machine very well, they know rubber industry as well.

2012

Qingdao Steady Machinery Co., Ltd. is established in 2012. Located in near harbor industrial park of Qingdao city. After more than 12 years continuous development, the company has developed into a comprehensive prosperous company in rubber machine field.

2018

Qingdao Steady Machinery Co., Ltd. had exported rubber machines to more than 12 countries-American, Canada, Russia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Poland, Brazil, Chech, South Africa, Nigeria, Zimbabwe etc.

2020

Qingdao Steady Machinery Co., Ltd. had exported rubber machines to more than 20 countries. In the period, we made biggest rubber tyre cutter machine for Romania, Europe, Which can cut 3800mm diameter huge size engineering tyre.

2023

Qingdao Steady Machinery Co., Ltd. had exported rubber machines to more than 30 countries. And in the period, we made biggest single set hot press machine for Texas, America which is 1000 ton pressure with 500℃ high temperature. And huge size rubber extruder which is 250mm screw, the single machine weight more than 20 ton.
