The floor standing rubber sheet cooling line is mainly used for cooling the rubber sheets after being pressed out by the rubber open mixing mill in the mixing workshop. The rubber material is pressed or extruded into sheets after mixing. This device can pick up, press joints, print, soak and cool the rubber separant with high temperatures, lift and hang them, cool them down with air cooling, automatically grab them, transport them back, stack them automatically, change the pick up table automatically, and transport them when the pick up device is full. Users can choose different configurations according to their actual situation.

The rubber material is compressed into rubber sheets after plasticating or mixing. This device can longitudinally divide, apply isolation agents, cool, dry rubber sheets with higher temperatures, and then automatically fold them into stacks.
This machine adopts a floor structure, which has the characteristics of simple and reasonable structure, flexible operation, etc.
This machine is mainly composed of two parts: the main engine and the electrical control system. The main engine is further divided into a conveying device, a cooling device, a lifting device, a rubber sheets hanging device, an automatic rubber picking device, a rubber conveying device, a rubber swinging device, a ladder, a railing, a platform, and other parts. It is equipped with an air controlled longitudinal cutting device for longitudinal cutting of rubber strips. The rubber separating device is used for separating the longitudinal cut rubber strips. The electrical control system is composed of twp control cabinets, one main control box, one auxiliary control boxes, and emergency control devices are set up at key points. The main control box and auxiliary control boxes are controlled by each other, when the main control box executes equipment operation commands, the auxiliary control boxes must provide reset commands. Confirm before executing the run command. Otherwise, the device will not run. This is for safety purpose.

Loading Into Container Export
1. Installation requirements:
1.1 The installation centerline of the rubber sheet cooling device must be parallel or coincide with the centerline of the pressing equipment, with a parallelism or symmetry of 6mm.
1.2 The central plane of each rubber sheet cooling device should be within the same vertical plane, and the symmetry tolerance of its common central plane should be 4/1000 in the horizontal direction, with a total length not exceeding 10mm, 3/1000 in the vertical direction, and a total height not exceeding 6mm.
1.3 Installation Program
1.3.1 Remove rust from the equipment and wipe off any leaked rust proof grease.
1.3.2 Draw the installation centerline.
1.3.3 Mark the centerline on the frame of each device (preferably based on the driving roller or shaft).
1.3.4 Install the soaking device and lifting device, and align them.
1.3.5 Install other components and align them.
1.3.6 Gas distribution: The inner wall of the air tube must be cleaned thoroughly.
1.3.7 Electricity Distribution.

For big size machine or multi sets small size machine, after proper treatment, we fixed them in the container so that the machine won’t get rust or damage in the sea voyage.
Ø 4. Whats’ the payment method?
There are TT, L/C, Credit Card, Western Union, Paypal, Alipay etc.
Ø5. What’s the shipping method?
Our rubber machines are most often shipped by sea, but for land-locked state, there are train or truck transportation. Or there are joint transportation between land and water.
When it come to small pare parts, it’s by international courier by air.
