Notes:
1. Before feeding, the rubber material should also be inspected. If there are hard metal impurities mixed, they can be added to the rubber mixer along with the rubber, causing a sudden increase in transverse pressure and easily causing equipment damage.
2. Before driving the mixer, leather wrist protectors must be worn, and masks must be worn during mixing operations. Waist ties, straps, rubber, etc. must be avoided, and wearing clothes is strictly prohibited. Carefully check for any debris between the gears and rollers. When driving for the first time in each shift, the emergency brake device must be pulled to check if the brake is sensitive and reliable (after the empty car brakes, the front roller must not rotate more than a quarter of a turn). It is strictly prohibited to use the emergency brake device to shut down the car during normal operation of the refining machine. When two or more people work together, they must coordinate with each other and confirm that there is no danger before driving.
3. To preheat and heat up the roller, it is necessary to control the temperature rise rate, especially in the cold winter in the north. When the outside of the roller is consistent with the room temperature, high-temperature steam suddenly enters the roller, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside may be above 120 ℃, causing excessive stress on the roller. If the rubber material is added too early, the roller is very susceptible to damage under the superimposed effect of transverse pressure. For safety reasons, it is necessary to preheat the vehicle without load and emphasize this to the operator.
