How to use
The machine’s use procedure is: peel the old rubber belt, grinding, then put the joint part on the machine’s bottom heating platen, put new raw rubber, core rubber,brush adhesive paste, cover rubber, then put the up heating platen, heat insulation wood board, the put up beam on one by one, mount the tiebar, use spanner do some tight work, then use electric pump to add the machine to work pressure, vulcanizing timing,when get to the set time, the machine will auto alarm, then cooling the heating platen by water pump, the final is discharge and take the finished rubber belt out.
Components
The machine mainly consist of beam group up and down, heating platen up and down, water bag, wooden board, tiebars, electric pump, hoses, control box, and cable wire.

We use fumigation free wood (ply wood）box to pack the machine for small size machines, but for big size machines or multi sets small size machines, we’ll use container to load them.

1. SW 3D design, and do finite element strength analysis.
2. Cast the oil cylinder and piston, cut steel for other parts raw material.
