The rubber filter extruder is also called rubber filter machine. In practical production, often used to process recycled EPDM rubber or recycled rubber from waste tires. This type of rubber often contains a large amount of impurities. Before using a rubber extruder to extrude the product, we need to purify the rubber. Therefore, we use a rubber filter to filter out the impurities in the rubber before production can proceed. Our common models of rubber filters are 150 and 200. This is the diameter of the screw, and different models of rubber filters are selected for different production requirements. The common rubber filter use a conjugate feeding system. The rubber enters the screw barrel through the feeding seat and is transported to the mold head by a rotating screw to form an extrusion pressure. Under this pressure, rubber is extruded through a filter screen to achieve the purpose of filtering rubber. Rubber filter machine is a type of rubber extruder, it has a wide range of uses. In addition to filtering rubber, it can also be used for the molding and extrusion of certain rubber products.
